Whistleblower system
The whistleblower system is used to report serious suspected violations of the law or in cases where particular confidentiality of the information must be ensured. It does not replace regular communication.
Use of the whistleblower system is voluntary.
Reports can therefore also be submitted anonymously.
Please note that reports without a description and sufficient concrete evidence cannot be processed for legal reasons. Please note that deliberate false reports and defamation may result in legal consequences. This does not apply to reports that were submitted in good faith but subsequently turn out to be false.
