Whistleblower system form
Use of the whistleblower system is voluntary.
The whistleblower system is not intended to replace regular communication, but only serves to report serious suspicions of a violation of the law or in cases where special confidentiality of the information must be guaranteed.
Reports can therefore also be submitted anonymously. Please note that, for legal reasons, it is not possible to process reports without sufficient concrete evidence. Please note that deliberate false reports and defamation may have legal consequences. This does not apply to reports made in good faith that subsequently turn out to be false.
Our company attaches great importance to integrity and transparency. We take all reports seriously and treat them confidentially. Your contribution can help us to improve our organisation and meet our obligations.
